The CEU was entitled "Stories of Eco-Trends" and focused on three key factors in the green movement: Reuse, Health, & Social . Each category offered case studies, focused on best practices for both the end user and designer, and provided additional resources to call upon.
The evening was sparked off with a custom sparkling fall cocktail with the essence of pear. All guests enjoyed a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres including tuna tartare, salmon rilletes, and ribeye with chimichurri.
