The Lippert team “Cancer Warriors” continued their annual tradition of participating in the Quarry Communities Relay for Life. This year, the event was held at Germantown High School and ran from 6pm Friday night till 6am Saturday morning. During that time, there was always at least one member of the team walking the track in symbolization of how cancer never sleeps. We walked to support those who are struggling with cancer, to honor those we’ve lost to cancer, and to celebrate those who have fought and are currently cancer free. Together, we walked over 100 miles that night. Donations are always appreciated. You can donate at http://bit.ly/1Ujclwp or call our office and speak with our team captain, Michelle Walters.Every year the American Cancer Society hosts the "Relay for Life" event. Every year, our company has proudly participated in this overnight fundraising walk. Members take turns walking the track until the wee hours of the morning. The money raised from this event goes towards the research and recovery of every single form of cancer.
