MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER - LIPPERT FLOOR CARE SERVICES

Lippert Floor Care Services is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional to fill our Maintenance Account Manager position to support our exciting growth and development.  In this position you will fill a critical role and will be responsible for proactively expanding our business by soliciting prospects via phone, email, or on-site visits within your assigned sales territory.  This highly dynamic and rewarding position will focus on new B2B development with a heavy emphasis on networking and prospecting for the Milwaukee, WI area. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, prospect meetings, presenting programs, building your network, trade group participation and meeting sales goals.  

If you are ready to take on a role with career goals that are focused on sales and relationship development, and you’re competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit you could be a terrific fit for this position!

Candidates will need to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

FLOOR CARE CREW MEMBERS

Lippert is hiring full time second shift support crew members and technicians for our Floor Care Services team. We work with high-end commercial clientele to restore and maintain their building interiors utilizing the latest technology and processes. There is never a dull moment, as each day provides different tasks and responsibilities. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to learn, lead, and advance. Self-motivated individuals with an eye for detail can quickly excel in both this role and our organization. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test. We offer a full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement and paid time off.

JOURNEYMAN TILE SETTER

Our tile setters are members of the Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers Local 5 Union. This is a physically demanding role with a need for attention to detail and accuracy. Must have experience installing mud floors, large format tile, layout, showers, shower pans, base, and grouting.

JOURNEYMAN FLOORING INSTALLER

Our flooring installers are members of the Carpenters Union. This is a physically demanding role with a need for attention to detail and accuracy. Must have experience installing VCT, LVT, sheet vinyl, base, broadloom, carpet tile, and wood flooring.

FLOOR CARE OPERATIONS MANAGER

This is a physically demanding role with a need for attention to detail and accuracy. Duties of this full-time role include leading and mentoring a small team, cleaning, stripping, waxing, and shampooing all types of commercial floor and furniture. Training provided. Duties include, but are not limited to scheduling and managing teams, following up with customers, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating movement of goods into and out of production facilities.

WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER

Looking for an individual that has some experience with driving the large box trucks, towing a trailer. Full-time role with overtime. This individual needs to have an extremely strong work ethic and can be able to perform their duties as an individual and work together with the other team members. CDL Class B a bonus, but not required. Duties include inspecting truck prior to department, staging materials in an appropriate location on job sites, job site clean up, ensure vehicles are clean inside and out, and assist in the warehouse with receiving and staging materials.

  • Interview: We are looking for strong character and work ethic to fit our commitment to quality service.
  • Sponsor: We will sponsor you for training by one of our union partners. Every single person in our installation crew is a union member with extensive skills, training, and education. We have a firm belief that training is a life-long process.
  • Apprenticeship: Once you are part of the union, you will be offered an apprenticeship where you are paired with a project leader for the first full year to catalyze your education.
